Duties

• Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and enhance team performance.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including families, community partners, and service providers.
• Oversee budgeting processes for programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while meeting program goals.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
• Collaborate with social work professionals to integrate behavioral health strategies into program offerings.
