We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our Finishing and Packaging team. As a member of this team, you will play a vital role in the final stages of production, ensuring that our products meet quality standards and are efficiently prepared for shipping.
Job Duties:
Pay is $16 per hour. Hours are 6 am - 4 pm Monday-Friday with Saturdays as needed.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our Finishing and Packaging team. As a member of this team, you will play a vital role in the final stages of production, ensuring that our products meet quality standards and are efficiently prepared for shipping.
Job Duties:
- Work in the finishing department to perform various tasks related to preparing products for packaging.
- Accurately trim rubber parts to achieve the desired specifications.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that products meet our quality standards.
- Carefully pack finished products into appropriate packaging materials, ensuring proper organization and protection.
- Handle shipping labels and ensure that they are correctly applied to the packages.
- Work in a hot and wet environment as part of the finishing and packaging process.
- Be physically capable of lifting objects weighing up to 25lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the work shift.
- Demonstrate good attendance as it is essential for the efficiency of our operations.
- Be flexible and ready to undertake other assigned tasks to support the finishing and packaging process.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
