Quality Control Technician – Lake City, PA

Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Part time-leading to full time.
Your Responsibilities:
Inspect and test products throughout production to maintain quality standards
Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints
Select and test products at various production stages for accuracy and performance
Record and analyze test data using statistical procedures
Recommend adjustments to improve product quality
Perform both destructive and non-destructive testing as needed
Calibrate, inspect, and maintain measuring instruments and testing equipment
Identify and document non-conformances, assisting in corrective action processes
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 2-3 years of quality control experience or equivalent training
✔ Ability to interpret blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
✔ Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality procedures
✔ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
✔ Computer proficiency for data entry and analysis
✔ Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stand for extended periods
