What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laser Operator position at Mancan?
Mancan is assisting a local Cuyahoga Falls company who is in need of an experienced Laser Operator. The hours are 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday and the pay rate is based on experience.
Job Description:
The Laser Operator will be required to keep and protect parts during manufacturing and assembly process. Laser Operator will be required to operate the following machinery in a safe and efficient manner:
• Laser
• Press Brake
• PEM Setter
• Assembly
• You will also make final inspection and ensure all parts meet the requirements of the drawing and work order.
Ability and experience with using power hand tools (grinder, drill machine, impact drive, others). Clean, sort and storage of waste and left-over material after finishing product / work order. Clean/housekeeping work center at end of shift. Complete other tasks requested by production shop supervisor.
Keep in good shape and condition all documents related to production orders - drawings, forms, work instructions, etc.) Respect and fully apply all internal and regulated policies.
General Requirements:

• Developing skills - ability to learn.
• Adaptability - applying and adapting to new requirements
• Result oriented - work tasks completed correctly and on time and quality
• Communication - each issue and/or other requests to supervisor; sharing work experience with coworkers
