We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as an Office Manager / HR Coordinator. $37,000 - $43,000 per year based on experience.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
This role combines administrative, accounting, and human resources responsibilities. Key duties include:
  • Managing bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
  • Using QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Processing payroll and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Entering sales data and auditing cashier reports for accuracy.
  • Supporting HR functions, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and policy enforcement.
  • Assisting with general office management tasks and ensuring a smooth, efficient work environment.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with accounting software (especially QuickBooks) are essential.
