As a Screen Printer Machine Operator, you play a pivotal role in the production of high-quality printed materials, utilizing specialized machinery for screen printing processes. Your responsibilities involve the setup, operation, and maintenance of screen printing equipment to achieve precise and vibrant prints on various surfaces.
Job Duties:
Machine Setup:
Configure and set up the screen printing machine based on job specifications.
Load screens, adjust registration, and ensure proper ink mixing.
Printing Operation:
Operate the screen printing machine to apply designs onto surfaces such as textiles, apparel, signage, or promotional items.
Monitor the printing process to ensure consistent quality and adherence to design specifications.
Ink Application:
Prepare and apply ink to screens, ensuring accurate color reproduction.
Make adjustments to ink viscosity and screen tension for optimal printing results.
Requirements
Must have Screen Printing Experience
Must be able to lift up to 35lbs
