What are the responsibilities and job description for the Thermal Sprayer position at Mancan?
A growing Barberton company is seeking an experienced candidate for THERMAL SPRAYER
* THERMAL SPRAYER
FIRST SHIFT 6:00am to 4:30pm Monday - Thursday. Fridays 6:00am - 3:00pm.
Half hour for lunch and any time worked over 8 hours a day is Overtime.
No weekends
Pay is $18-$20/hour Based on Experience and Competence
This is a temp to hire position.
BACKGROUND and EXPERIENCE:
• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience working with machine tools or mechanical assembly
• Working knowledge of safety protocols
• Vocational training or apprenticeship preferred
• Thermal Spray experience preferred but not required
KEY COMPETENCIES:
Successful candidates are expected to exhibit evidence of:
• Ability to successfully work within a team environment
• Aptitude and affinity for mechanical concepts
• Attention to detail, accuracy and safety
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness and ability to learn and take on new challenges
• Problem solving
• The ability to read and understand the Work Instructions and Production Specifications
• Training to be provided to candidates that require additional competencies
