Duties
- Provide a range of barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
- Perform hair styling services tailored to individual client preferences.
- Offer additional services such as nail care, eyelash extensions, hair threading, and makeup application as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools.
- Educate clients on hair care products and recommend retail sales to enhance their grooming routine.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to ensure the highest quality service.
- Mentor junior staff members in barbering techniques and customer service best practices.
- Assist with inventory management and retail math to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience in hair styling, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
