Marketing Coordinator

• Supports strategy development through the execution of research including competitive landscapes, market trends and target audiences.
• Evaluates and monitors campaign performance on an ongoing basis by developing reports, monitoring performance and identifying key insights.
• Tracks and manages the progress of strategic initiatives.
• Assumes responsibility for the development, production and editing of promotional materials including print, digital and social media.
• Develops strategies for the distribution of creative content through the appropriate channels.
• Works with cross-functional departments (e.g., Creative Productions, Digital Services) and outside vendors (e.g., advertising agencies, freelancers, printers, etc) to ensure project objectives are clear and work is completed effectively and efficiently.
• Works with other C&M staff to monitor and guide the appropriate execution of brand identity in all media formats: print, electronic, collateral material, vehicles, and facilities.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience in health care public relations or marketing or the equivalent required.
• Strong project management skills required.
• Ability to prioritize workstreams effectively.
• Ability to work independently; demonstrating solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated written and oral communications skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively and accurately under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
