Asset Manager - Maintenance
Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority is looking for an experienced Asset Manager-Maintenance to work closely with the Senior Asset Manager in properly managing MHRA’s public housing and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit assets. This individual will directly oversee and coordinate various maintenance functions. Our ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of building trades, including maintenance. This candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience leading and supervising staff, have prior exposure to a bargaining unit environment and understanding of contract language, the ability to work with and understand the inter-related function of occupancy management and maintenance of properties, the ability to multi-task and adhere to strict deadlines. They will also have sensitivity to the needs of individuals from diverse social, cultural, and economic backgrounds as well as have the ability to properly handle confidential information.
This is a full-time, 35-hour position. A Valid NH Driver's License is required.
