Housing Quality Inspector
Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority is hiring a Housing Quality Inspector to conduct inspections of leased housing properties, as well as interact with program applicants and landlords throughout the housing process.
Our ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in building codes, housing construction, or a related field. As well as: knowledge of local, state and federal housing standards and regulations, housing health laws and ordinances. Qualified candidates will have the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
This is a full-time, 35-hour work week, position.
A Valid Driver's License and Personal Auto Insurance is Required.
