What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kiosk Receptionist position at Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority?
Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority is hiring a Housing Kiosk Receptionist. This person should have strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal, and sensitivity to the needs of persons of diverse social, cultural, and economic backgrounds. They should also have the ability to multi-task and stay organized. Must be familiar in the use of office equipment (including postage machine, computer, fax) and be able to operate multi-line telephone system while also maintaining confidentiality. Must have the ability to properly handle sensitive, confidential information.
In addition to the above, our ideal candidate will preferably have knowledge of Public Housing, Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher programs, and fair housing laws. Bilingual preferred but not required. Experience with creating and maintaining spreadsheets a plus.
This is a full-time, 35-hour work week, position.
