JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Information Technology will manage and direct the Company’s IT operation, deploying and sustaining technology solutions that enable operational excellence. This role includes helping to define IT strategy, championing new technology efforts, and leading the Mancini Beverage IT team. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with experience raising the performance of the IT function.
The IT Director is responsible for Infrastructure Management, Security & Risk Management, Strategic Planning, Operational Support, Software Management and Data Management. Additionally, team leadership and development and cross functional partnership are key measures of success.
The IT Director will build relationships with key stakeholders across the Company and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This role requires a problem solver, effective communicator, and enabler of others' success.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and articulate the IT Roadmap and Execution Strategy based on the business goals
- Analyze IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess business value, operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs
- Continually assess the impact of emerging technologies and necessary upgrades against strategic business needs and interpret business value for the leadership team in a consultative capacity
- Direct IT projects; develop project plans and proposals that outline objectives, milestones and resources required; manage the projects to the plans
- Ensure optimal performance and appropriate maintenance of all internal systems, including employee technology, infrastructure, networks, applications and business intelligence initiatives
- Mitigate IT risk and ensure the security of information systems and network; facilitate IT audits, investigations and remediation efforts. In partnership with cross functional teams, ensure that corporate environments adhere to stringent security standards
- Manage IT vendor relationships and licenses. This includes the evaluation, negotiation and approval of all vendor relationships providing services, hardware, software, firmware and infrastructure purchases
- Ensure the effectiveness of the IT Help Desk and Incident Management processes
- Ensures the integrity and reliability of system information, including the integrity and security of data acquired and stored; troubleshoot data-related issues and establish regular maintenance and business continuity protocols
- Participate in the annual IT budgeting process and manage to it
- Ensure appropriate IT policies and procedures are established, updated and socialized
- Perform other work related duties as assigned

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Expertise in managing medium to large computer network environments
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 ERP system, Windows operating environment and Active Directory
- Thorough understanding of IS policies and procedures
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly master technologies
- Experience in IT security, compliance and enterprise disaster recovery

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- Minimum ten years’ experience working in IT or similar technical role
- Minimum five years’ experience overseeing IT project and teams (including hiring, terminating, managing up, managing out)
- Experience managing budgets and analyzing financial data
