We will start your training off with learning every aspect of how Mancino's runs from taking an order, to actually cutting the deli meat and making the bread! As a shift leader, you must demonstrate the ability to lead a team of 4 to 8 team members and guide them to be successful. Must be able to multitask and work well in a fast pace environment.
Our Team Members will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, where some of your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Receiving orders, preparing, and firing up great Pizza & Grinders that are in line with our company standards
- Operating a point-of-sale system and cash handling
- Food Preparation, general cleaning, stocking items, and maintaining a clean workflow
- Always cultivating the guest experience by providing fast, courteous, sincere, and positive service
- Take initiative and act as a role model to others
- Enjoy working as a team and motivating others

Qualifications :
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing guests with great pizzas and grinders, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for Guests
