Overview:
MANCON is currently looking for qualified candidates and conducting an open enrollment for interested individuals for the following position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to field office and various locations in San Diego County
- Establish, maintain, and monitor a variety of records and statistical data regarding the administrative services provided
- Participate in preparing workload and productivity reports, evaluating areas for process improvements, and determining root causes for problems and processing errors by gathering and compiling data
- Entering data into database programs
- Evaluating it for patterns or trends
- Generating various management reports
- Assist users in the organization with software, hardware, and automation problems, as requested
- Use various software packages, such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, desktop publishing, to produce, store and retrieve a variety of information and presentations.
- Air Conditioning Certification.
- Valid Drivers License
- Certified to perform applicable State Inspections, Safety and Emissions.
- Trained in handling of Hazmat and controlled waste.
- Experience in ATV, Hummer, Bus, Light truck, Trailer, and Heavy Truck repairs.
- Certified to operate a forklift.
- ASE Master Certification. Auto and or Heavy truck
- CDL for Bus and Combination, Class A
