JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for greeting, listening, and responding to guests needs/questions. Employee will also respond to unsafe conditions, enforce all rules and procedures, and provide excellent guest service while working in a fast-paced environment. The best Guest Service Representatives will have tremendous patience when dealing with guests and accommodate their every need with enthusiasm and poise.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES
- Greet and service guests at the register by selling tickets and taking orders.
- Proper money handling including accepting payments, handling cash, debit and credit cards.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Stock and restock items as needed.
- Clean counters, dishes, floors and all other equipment daily.
- Ensure all sanitation procedures are followed.
- Respond to upset patrons and offer solutions to concerns and complaints with a positive attitude.
- Enforce slide and facility rules to patrons to ensure safety.
- Recognize, respond, and report all unsafe conditions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
WORK AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The work is typically performed inside Raging Rivers and outdoors, occasionally in hot or inclement weather. The employee occasionally lifts light and heavy objects, climbs ladders and uses tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity. The employee may be exposed to noise, dust, dirt, grease, irritating chemicals and machinery with moving parts. The employee will also be working around hot food and follow personal protective protocols.
WORK HOURS
Most work hours are performed between 10:00 am–9:00 pm all days of the week. Some days may be required to come in early or stay late to ensure all duties are completed.
