Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Part-Time Server/Bartender to join our team! Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests promptly with a positive attitude.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Upsell menu items, specials, and drinks to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server, bartender, or in a customer service role preferred (but not required—willing to train the right candidate).
- Knowledge of basic drink recipes and mixology is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure during busy shifts.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable lifting and carrying trays, plates, or supplies up to 25 lbs.
