Mandarich Law Group, LLP is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firm with offices in multiple states. We are currently seeking a Legal Assistant / Affidavit Admin for our Chicago office.
FULL TIME : Monday through Friday 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm In-office.

What You’ll Do :
- The Affidavit Admin is responsible for multiple clients and states to review accounts, create approved form templates and submit those templates to the client per the work standards for review and signature.
- You will also be tasked with following up on any unreceived affidavits as well as working with attorneys and internal teams to create new affidavit templates for client approval when needed.
- In this role you will be exposed to legal filings in multiple states and supporting documentation. Time management is key in this job role to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
