Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firms with offices in CA, IL, NY, NI, OH, GA, and FL. We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer for our Chicago office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management. We are looking for an operational CFO for a company with a revenue of $25MIL and locations throughout the US. The CFO will have the opportunity to improve the P&L along with M&A potential.
What You’ll Do :
- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to Owner
- Supervise all finance and accounting personnel and oversee financial IT systems ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
- Oversee cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Manage relationships with banks
