What You'll Do
- Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory control.
- Develop and implement inventory management policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Analyze inventory reports, trends, and data to forecast demand levels.
- Monitor and manage the aging of inventory.
- Report regularly to senior management on inventory status, including inventory turnover, cost control, and areas of improvement.
- Implement cycle counting procedures and provide reports on inventory accuracy.
- Develop and implement KPIs to assess inventory performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management practices, techniques, and software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies or inefficiencies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
