LEGAL ASSISTANT
Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are looking for great people to bring their passion and strong work ethic to the job. We currently have an opening for a Legal Assistant for our Kennesaw, GA office.
This a full-time, non-exempt position. In-office.

What You'll Do :
- You will be responsible for contacting judicial staff and / or opposing counsels to coordinate the scheduling of hearings on motions, mediations, and other routine hearing types.
- Prepare files for scheduled hearings by ensuring all the applicable pleadings are attached for the attorney and remote appearance information is accessible.
- Prepare and e-file Notice of Hearings and other pleading types as necessary to schedule and / or follow post hearing directives from the attorneys.
- You will also be required to work with third party vendors to ensure that we have attorney coverage for all hearings on the firm’s calendar. What You'll Need :
- Team player
- Proficiency in Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
- One-year legal experience
- Minimum : High School Diploma

Hourly rate : $18 to $22.00 DOE
