Paralegal
Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a creditors' rights law firm with office located in IL, CA, NV, FL, OH, GA, NC, and MI. We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal for our Kansas City, MO office.
This a full-time, non-exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM, In-office
Interested applicants: We require a completed employment applicant and resume.
What You'll Do:
- Follow set procedures and steps to review accounts
- Possible e-filing approved documents on various court portals
- Following up on e-filed documents online, downloading filed documents
- Docketing relevant information
- Communicating with court clerks for status updates via phone
- Closing accounts in our system once certain criteria has been met
What You'll Need:
- Prior law firm experience.
- Prior banking or logistics experience also a plus.
- Minimum: High school diploma. Preferred: Bachelors or Paralegal Certificate.
