We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Accountant for a US-based Software Development firm. They are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join the accounting team. The ideal candidate will be crucial in the monthly and annual financial closing.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
Skilled in using QuickBooks.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
High attention to detail and capability to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual in English and Chinese (required).

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and finalizing monthly and annual financial statements.

Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entry preparation and account reconciliations.

Help maintain precise and comprehensive financial records.

Collaborate with team members to enhance and streamline accounting processes.

Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis as needed.

Participate in the audit process, providing necessary information and documentation to auditors.

Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding industry rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards.
