Project Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Data Migration Business Analyst to join our team in a pivotal role supporting a large-scale Endur Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) greenfield implementation program. The candidate will lead and execute critical data migration efforts to ensure the seamless transition of essential business data to the Endur platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data migration requirements and business processes.
- Analyze and map data from legacy systems to the Endur platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Design, document, and execute data migration strategies and workflows.
- Work with technical teams to validate migrated data and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on data migration progress.
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards and best practices.
Top Skills Required:
- Data Migration Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with data migration strategies, particularly within ETRM systems like Endur.
- Business Analysis Skills: Ability to gather and document complex requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
- Energy Trading Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with energy trading, risk management processes, and associated data.
