Project Overview:
The team seeks a skilled ETRM Senior Agile Program Manager (Sustain Service Manager) to lead and manage the support process for an Openlink Endur production environment. The role requires hands-on leadership in managing support processes, resolving critical issues, and ensuring smooth operations for this long-term support project with visibility extending 2-5 years.
This is a 100% contract-to-hire role, requiring candidates to be cleared and open to conversion. After conversion, the role may involve traveling to LATAM to train and build local teams for expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the support process for an Openlink Endur production environment.
- Schedule non-critical tickets and respond effectively to production issues.
- Lead and manage the program, ensuring alignment with client expectations and deliverables.
- Provide on-call support for critical production issues, including outside working hours and during holidays (as per client schedules).
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure coverage for backfills and holiday periods.
- Ensure seamless handoffs between team members and stakeholders.
- Understand the product (Openlink Endur) deeply and manage the overall support program efficiently.

- Production Support Leadership: Proven ability to lead and run production support programs, managing issues, tickets, and escalations effectively.

- Flexibility and Availability: Ability to handle after-hours support and on-call responsibilities as needed.
Additional Requirements:
- Travel: Must travel to Juno Beach biweekly during the contract phase and be open to relocation if converted to a full-time role.
- Future Scope: After conversion, travel to LATAM may be required to train and establish LATAM teams for expansion.
- Conversion Readiness: Candidates must be open to conversion after the contract period.
