Roles & Responsibilities
• Actively engage with global stakeholders, provide the key process statistics, be the stream lead for local / global requirements
• Design the global standard processes of R2R end to end, using SAP Best Practices in a Fit to Standard mode.
• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Margin Analysis, Month End Close (MEC) )
o Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules
o Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
• Lead R2R teams, cross functional team members through process improvements and implementation of standardized processes throughout large organizations
• Identify, recommend and implement with the team members complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle projects to meet business needs; create/review and update associated documentation
• Work self-directed and independently
Desired Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in at least multiple full cycle implementations as well as 2 S4 projects
• Sound knowledge of running finance processes in SAP S/4Hana with FIORI
• Minimum of 3 years SAP experience in 3 or more of the following functions: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System, Product costing
• Strong Product costing skills, Actual costing experience preferred
• Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules (MM, HR, PP and SD)
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time
• Understanding of accounting business processes
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
• Ability to work in a team environment.
