Position Overview: The Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA) is seeking a Senior Salesforce Development Consultant with a minimum of 10 years of IT experience to support the design and implementation of critical housing programs. This full-time role will focus on enhancing our Salesforce capabilities to streamline processes and improve service delivery across several key initiatives, including the Low Income Rental Classification (LIRC), NSPIRE inspections, and the Rental Rehabilitation Deferred Loan (RRDL) program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to automate and optimize business processes related to housing programs.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to gather requirements and define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Integrate Salesforce with other internal systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Create and maintain automated workflows, process builders, and flows to improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with the Solutions Architect and QA teams to develop test cases and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Manage change requests effectively, ensuring all modifications to project scope are documented and approved.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for all Salesforce solutions and processes.
• Provide support for the RFP vendor selection process for NSPIRE compliance and assist in configuring inspection software.
• Collaborate with the Multifamily Operations team to customize and optimize the RRDL application process.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of total IT experience.
• At least 2 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce certifications in Platform Developer I and Platform App Builder.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Certification in Platform Developer II.
• 3-5 years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Familiarity with state and federal government agencies.
• Background in technology solutions for the mortgage and real estate industry.

Working Conditions: This position is based in Minnesota and may require occasional onsite meetings. The successful candidate will be expected to work both independently and collaboratively in an Agile and Iterative/Waterfall environment.
