We have a new opening to hire an experienced Beverage Applications Lab Manager for our Lebanon Development Center! The Beverage Applications Lab Manager manages team execution: establishes priorities and allocates resources to multiple projects, ensures high quality of work, results, and recommendations, provides technical direction to staff of varying proficiency, communicates across the entire organization, applies broad technical know-how to solve customer problems with high technical complexity, and responsible for overall assessment of technical/functional skills and continuous improvement.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree required with a preference in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience with knowledge of beverage development and flavor application
- Product and process development knowledge of flavor technology.
