We have an exciting opportunity to hire a Sales Project Coordinator for our Parsippany, NJ location. In this role you will coordinate and execute sales administrative functions including entering briefs into the system, follow-up on briefs, and coordinating client visits, correspondence, and reports. The Sales Project Coordinator has general knowledge of practices and standards for efficient, organized management and coordination of multiple and parallel briefs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles client inquiries, provides necessary information, and interfaces with the customers on routine matters.
- Receives sample requests and follows up on their progress, keeping the sales managers informed.
- Responsible for the operational and administrative flow of all projects, including tracking interdepartmental due dates, pricing submissions, final review of all paperwork generated, problem solving, etc.
- Serves as a general source of all project information and coordinates among all departments involved. Works directly with the client contacts to ensure sample needs, stability testing, product safety paperwork, shipping details, and related project timetables are communicated and met.
- Researches, retrieves, and creates reports and spreadsheet analysis as required.
- Is key to interaction among all business-getting teams: Creation, Development, Technical, Marketing, and Sales in order to ensure that the client has all required data, and all required resources are coordinated effectively.
- Supports the MANE values and quality policy (is aware and complies with departmental documents such as ISO procedures manual).
- Ensures accuracy and timeliness of information input (FDRs, FSRs, Information Requests, etc.) into GPMS.
- Keeps departments informed of project changes that may impact those departments. (i.e. project close outs, sample request deadlines, QC, regulatory, shipment to the customer).
- Issues daily priority list for projects entered and followed up upon.
- Ensures all samples processed are labeled correctly.
- Handle special tasks and projects as requested in order to meet company objectives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- College degree preferred
- 1 Years Administrative and Project Management Experience
