Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Watch Sales Professional and Rolex Experience Liaison at Manfredi Jewels in New Canaan, CT. The role involves showcasing and selling Rolex, Tudor and Hermes timepieces, providing exceptional customer service. More specifically, the Rolex Experience Liaison will be the main point of contact between Rolex, Manfredi and our clients. You will maintain our Rolex sales showroom, coordinate and attend Rolex and Manfredi events, assist with intake of Rolex inquiries in the store, reply to electronic requests for information, oversee the follow up process with clients with registered interest, intake Rolex watches for servicing, and run the Rolex repair process.

Salary Range:
Salaries will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
