Integration Manager

General Description:
The Integration Manager is responsible for Control System integration, including all duties to build control panels such as purchasing, panel building and customer witnessed inspection.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Purchase from drawing package
- Check-in and receive material
- Handle Material Returns
- Coordinate shipping of panels including requesting quotes for trucks and tracking the shipment
- QA/QC and daily inspection of all control panel builds
- Handle printing all wire labels, terminal markers and engraving
- Work with designer on punch list inspection
- Work with engineering on engineering punch list
- Participate in customer witnessed hardware factory acceptance test
- Manage and assist integration craftsman including being hands on mounting, wiring, etc of control panels
Qualifications:
- Good computer skills including using Microsoft Excel
- Ability to understand drawings and schematics
- Knowledge and understanding of wire sizing
- The ability to use a multimeter for testing of electrical circuits
Working Conditions:
- Some overtime when required for project scheduling
- Some weekend work when required for project scheduling
Physical Requirements
- Lifting of equipment for mounting to structure
- Extended periods of standing required in the panel shop
