Number one priority of our sales staff: be nice. Customers are coming to our dealership more informed than ever before. They need someone nice, competent, and helpful to assist them through the process of purchasing a new or used vehicle. We train our sales consultants how to ask the right questions, gain the necessary vehicle knowledge, and navigate the vehicle selection and paperwork needed to complete a sale. - Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored automotive solutions.
- Engage in outbound sales activities, including cold calling and following up on leads.
- Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline and track customer interactions.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management and control to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall dealership performance.
