What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn and Snow Maintenance Crew position at Mangold Horticulture?
We are excited to add another team member to our growing Company in the role of Lawn Maintenance/Turf Crew!
Mangold Horticulture is a high-end full service landscape maintenance company for the Lake Minnetonka area. We are growing and interested in adding top level talent to our team. This position will be based out of our Waverly, MN location.
We are looking for someone who can provide the highest level of service and grow to do more in the years to come. This is a full time year-round position with hours every week in the winter. We are looking to fill this position right way.
Duties:
- Work alongside crew on weekly mowing routes for a team of 1-4 people
- Work alongside crew on general garden work weeding and pruning
- Work alongside crew on spring and fall cleanups
- Perform equipment maintenance
- Work alongside crew on snow plowing and shoveling routes
