Mangold Property Management is looking for a bright energetic professional to join our team as a Receptionist. This is a full-time position. Monday - Friday with a rotating Saturday shift. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, quick learner and a team player. This position requires attention to detail and excellent verbal skills, bilingual in English and Spanish.
This position has a nice balance of tenant and vendor interaction in person and over the telephone. There are also general office activities to be completed.
Position Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking
- Excellent verbal skills
- Polite, confident and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
