Monterey property management office seeking a regional property manager with proven leadership skills and practical knowledge/ hands on experience in residential property management. Must possess common sense, integrity, people skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and must have a strong work ethic and be a self- starter.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1) Manage landlord, tenant and vendor relationships through excellent written and oral communications
2) Manage administrative functions and the preparation of budgets and review of reports.
3) Comply with all Federal and Fair Housing, Employment and Discrimination laws
4) Supervise leasing, maintenance, and receivable personnel
5) Interact and respond to clients
6) Coordinate maintenance/ repair projects
7) Respond to off hours emergencies
8) Perform property inspections
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
1) State of California Real Estate Sales or Broker license
2) Proficiency with computers
3) Knowledge in Landlord Tenant Law
4) Knowledge of Building and Maintenance Practices
5) Strong Communication and Problem Solving Skills
6) Ability to work independent and as a team.
7) Self-motivated
8) Bilingual in English and Spanish

Pay: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
