Job Overview:
We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead all marketing efforts for Mangrove Motorsports. This role is based on-site at our dealership and will play a key role in growing our online presence, increasing customer engagement, and promoting our brand locally and regionally.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute all online marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, paid ads, etc.)
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to increase traffic, leads, and sales
- Update and manage website content and online inventory listings
- Design promotional materials and support local events or campaigns
- Work directly with dealership staff to align marketing goals with sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field (automotive or motorsports industry experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO is a plus
