Key Responsibilities:
- Ice Cream Production:
- Follow detailed recipes to prepare ice cream mixtures, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.
- Operate ice cream machines and other related equipment to produce various flavors, including seasonal or special offerings.
- Ensure that all ingredients are prepared and measured correctly to meet production standards.
- Time Management:
- Work efficiently to produce large quantities of ice cream within set timeframes while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to meet demand.
- Organization & Cleanliness:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools, equipment, and storage areas are properly sanitized and in good working condition.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food preparation and handling.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of ingredients, notifying management when supplies need to be reordered.
- Quality Control & Consistency:
- Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Perform regular checks on the ice cream’s texture, flavor, and presentation to ensure consistency with company recipes.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with the team to address any issues, improvements, or adjustments needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Previous experience as an ice cream maker, pastry chef, or in a similar food production role is preferred.
- Experience with ice cream machines and other relevant equipment is a plus.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety standards.

- Physical Requirements:
