Job Summary
Perform a variety of skilled activities in the installation, maintenance and repair of District buildings, facilities and equipment including tasks requiring the knowledge of one or more skilled trades such as electrical, or plumbing; perform semi-skilled, and unskilled work in other building trades; maintain facilities for students, staff and public in safe and operating condition; maintain preventive maintenance programs.
