What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian position at Manhattan Beach Unified School District?
Hours: 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Perform routine custodial activities at an assigned school site or facility during an assigned shift; maintain buildings and adjacent grounds areas in a clean, orderly and secure condition; operate small power custodial equipment; perform related work as required. The Governing Board is determined to provide a safe, positive environment where all district employees are assured of full and equal employment access and opportunities, protection from harassment and intimidation, and freedom from any fear of reprisal or retribution for asserting their employment rights in accordance with law. Education: Graduation from high school or equivalent.
Experience: Sufficient education and experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities listed above.
Licenses, Certifications or Other Requirements:
• Valid California Class C driver’s license as assigned by the position.
