What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Food Service Assistant Open and Promotional position at Manhattan Beach Unified School District?
Oversee and participate in the daily operations and activities of an assigned site elementary school site and kitchen; provide work direction and guidance to assigned staff; prepare foods to be transported to and served at individual off-site kitchens. Education: Graduation from high school or equivalent.
Experience: Three years of experience preparing and serving food in large quantities.
