We are a sales consulting firm based in the heart of Manhattan working with brands like Verizon. We go the extra mile to create and execute various revenue-driving strategies such as field sales initiatives, lead generation pipelines, and community outreach events. Our contract with Verizon has tasked us with driving new customer acquisition through the use of direct sales and increasing their customer retention.
We are looking for a self-starter to join our team as a Verizon Sales Associate and play a key role in driving sales on behalf of our partnership.. The Verizon Sales Associate will build relationships with homeowners, deliver quality product presentations, and provide telecommunications solutions best suited to the customer’s lifestyle.
Verizon Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Utilize a generated lead list to meet with homeowners that have inquired about Verizon’s services, are eligible for upgrades, or are now eligible to enroll in Verizon’s products
- Communicate the features and benefits of specific products/services based on individualized needs
- Meet with decision makers in a one-on-one setting and deliver product presentations that are best suited to the customer’s lifestyle
- Answer product and service questions with professionalism and transparency to encourage long-lasting customer retention
- Overturn objections as necessary throughout the sales process and answer questions as they arise
- Research target markets to better identify and engage with new and existing customers to help bolster our sales pipeline
- Attend regular product and sales training sessions to maintain a working knowledge of all of Verizon’s products, services, and promotions
The Verizon Sales Associate will actively seek out and engage with both existing and new customer prospects directly. The Verizon Sales Associate must be responsible, dependable, assertive, goal-driven, and have a desire for long-term personal and professional growth. To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to negotiate and build relationships.
Desired Skills for Success For Our Next Verizon Sales Associate:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role is highly recommended
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal

- Positive and professional demeanor while working with other Verizon Sales Associates and customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,500.00 per week
