POSITION SUMMARY :
The Estimator has a focus on companywidesuccess in adherence to MCC Standards and all preconstruction activitiesdirected for the support of preparation and undertaking for all of Manhattan's preconstruction services. The position isresponsible for compiling takeoffs, subcontractor deliverables, assisting inestimating and tab sheet creation. The Estimator must be a flexible and adaptable team-player, as well as havestrong communication and client service skills. In addition, the skill set of owning one's workis crucial to this role.
