Responsibilities
The Marketing Specialist is an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the overall success of Manhattan's marketing initiatives and ensuring a consistent and positive brand image in the market.
As a part of Manhattan’s marketing department, the marketing specialist works under the direction of corporate marketing and area leadership to which they are assigned. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with leadership, business development, and technical teams to design, develop, and produce compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. The key responsibilities include :
Maintain scheduling and tracking systems for pursuit and proposal elements.
Produce SOQs / proposals for digital and print reproduction, including editing and graphics.
Identify and monitor SOQ / proposal criteria, ensuring full compliance.
Maintain systems for extracting, categorizing, and retrieving information related to clients, consultants, personnel, projects, prior proposals, boilerplate, and visuals.
Support the firm's online presence, including social media and websites.
Draft press releases under the direction of the Marketing & Communications Director.
Prepare and coordinate awards competition entries.
Monitor sources of industry-related market information, including online and print media, newspapers, magazines, and blogs.
Coordinate project and promotional photography. Ensure compliance with copyright laws and photographer usage rights.
Other duties as assigned.
