Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic property management team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue by engaging with prospective residents, showcasing our apartment communities, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leasing or sales, particularly in multifamily housing or real estate, and will thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach and follow-up with prospective renters through phone calls, emails, and in-person tours.
- Present and highlight the features and benefits of our apartment homes and community amenities during property tours.
- Analyze local market trends to identify new leasing opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Manage assigned properties or territories to maximize occupancy rates and maintain strong resident relationships.
- Upsell upgraded units, amenities, and additional services to prospective and current residents.
- Partner with the marketing team to align efforts and improve lead generation from online platforms, advertising, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, prospect communications, and resident data in property management software (CRM).
- Provide feedback on resident preferences, market trends, and competitor offerings to improve leasing strategies and offerings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in leasing, property management, or residential sales preferred.
- Strong skills in prospecting, cold calling, and closing sales.
- Familiarity with property management systems and apartment leasing processes.
- Ability to deliver compelling property tours and effectively communicate value to prospects.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills to assess market trends and maximize leasing potential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural talent for building rapport.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
