Job Title : Clinical Postdoctoral Fellow - Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) Track
Classification : Employee, Full-Time, Hybrid (up to 20% remote, Saturdays in-person), Salary, Exempt
Term / Hours : 18 months, 40 hours per week
Location : MPG Office & Remote (WFH)
Salary : $65,000 per annum, distributed in bi-weekly payrolls with increases up to $67,500 per annum at 12 months
Pay Frequency : Biweekly
Reports To : Lead Psychologist
Job Summary
A Clinical Postdoctoral Fellow pursuing a PCIT track will receive comprehensive PCIT training including didactics, ongoing consultation, co- therapy / supervision, video review, and observational learning opportunities over the course of an 18 month fellowship. Additionally any PCIT-Fellows will be eligible for PCIT certification upon completion / graduation of two cases.
We also offer subspecialties of Selective Mutism (SM), Neuropsychology, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with possibilities of certification, click here to learn more! Fellows would receive the necessary individual and group supervision (minimum of 2 hours per week) for NYS licensure requirements. We are an excellent training site that prioritizes direct care learning opportunities, 1 : 1 supervision and growth and have clinicians that specialize in evidence-based treatments, such as CBT, PCIT, PCIT-SM, PMT and ERP to assess and treat children, adolescents and families struggling with anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, disruptive behavior, ASD and ADHD.

Position Compensation & Benefits :
Four in-person days (Saturdays between 9am-2pm required with at least three in person days based on trainee availability preferences and practice needs)
Postdoc Hybrid - approximately 15 counseling sessions / week and 2 testing cases / month
Including but not limited to individual and group supervision, department and team meetings, and other activities outlined by the supervisor.
