Clinical Research Coordinator Position
Manhattan Psychiatry Research Practice is looking for someone who is professional, friendly, motivated, and hard working. Prior clinical or patient experience is required.
Qualified applicants will:
• Be organized and exhibit high attention to detail.
• Be able to multi-task
• Have a professional, friendly demeanor as you will be working closely with patients and their families.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum education: Masters degree in Psychology or related area.
• Able to function independently and work flexible hours
Daily Duties Include and are not limited to:
• Coordinating patient care
• Scheduling patients for study visits; providing instructions/reminders,
conducting follow-up phone calls, discussing study procedures
• Administered recorded and non-recorded cognitive rating scales
• Assisting physicians with completing study visit procedures
• Ensuring adherence to individual study protocols
• Completion and review of patient charts/Case Report Forms for completeness and accuracy, and working to resolve inconsistencies/errors
• Entering study data into electronic Case Report Form
• Perform initial telephone screenings of potential study patients
• Maintain study-related logs and reports
