- Distribute client case assignments to team data collectors and analysts.
- Track and prioritize case assignments to reduce risks with timely delivery against client due dates.
- Monitor workloads and available resources to mitigate backlogs.
- Provide general support to team members with data issues and discrepancies.
- Participate in weekly meetings with team members to discuss performance metrics.
- Review data analysis and verify if case needs to be escalated for further data analysis.
- Manage federal, state, and local database logins.
- Draft initial reports for management review and approval.
- Provide field support for boots-on-the-ground data collection operations.
- US Citizen
- At a minimum a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to pass a Moderate Risk Level Clearance Check
- Knowledgeable with Salesforce CRM and similar Project Management Tools
- Experience with Data Analysis and Reporting
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
