Scope and Purpose:
We are seeking a Quality Auditor. This position is responsible for providing Quality Assurance support for internal Operations. Operational processes must be reviewed for accuracy to ensure adherence to process and for quality output for our customers and internal partners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Audits internal paperwork and documentation as it transitions between departments.
- Data information Audits pertaining to set up of group specifications, billing, and/or enrollment.

Audits output of group/customer-facing documents:
- Group Build
- Policy/Certificate
- Enrollment
- Billing
- Account Structure
- Applications and Enrollment Forms
- Manage all Audits, reports discrepancies to case builder or leader; regression test corrections when provided.
- Audits Group Setup build in administration system called FIMMAS.
- Audits Billing transactions.
- Audits Enrollment transaction.
- Audits inbound and outbound report configurations.

Maintains Metrics on:
- Departmental Key Performance Indicators
- Assist Management in assessing and documenting process improvement areas based on quality review.
- Provides other Quality Assurance duties as needed by department.
Minimum Qualifications:
College degree or combination of experience, education and/or training in QA and Auditing processes. Insurance knowledge and experience a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- SharePoint
- Math/Premium calculations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Auditing and Metrics Reporting
- Ability to Navigate Different File Types: Spreadsheet, CSV, XML, Flat File
- Usability / Human Interface experience
