Scope and Purpose :

The Implementation Analyst takes the lead in building and validating accuracy in the enrollment technology. Coordinates with internal and external partners to gather information needed to prepare the software to receive applications. This includes generating group documentation, creating / tracking tasks and workflows, managing priorities and requests, managing risks and impact, providing project support / direction and maintaining a master schedule of all groups and work items associated. The Implementation Analyst will also be required to create and maintain clear channels of communication with both internal and external stakeholders. The goal of the Implementation Analyst is to ensure that the Enrollment Technology created is delivered on time while maintaining a high level of quality.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Oversee testing procedures; ensure that proper documentation is updated on persistent problems.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop, coordinate, and implement projects and task schedules.
  • Manage timelines and deadlines for Case Builds.
  • Validate incoming enrollment files.
  • Build enrollment groups on our Proprietary Platform.
  • Work with all departments to ensure technology is ready for enrollment.
  • Research and troubleshoot issues that arise.
  • Work with external technology partners for group enrollments.
  • Work closely with other departments to verify the enrollment goes smoothly from beginning to application issuance.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project status and deliverables, as well as risk and mitigation strategies.
  • Actively monitor groups and solve problems to keep enrollment moving forward. Report and escalate issues as needed.
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client, internal and external partners and all stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in IT-Related field, i.e., Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
  • Logical and methodical troubleshooting.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Some professional healthcare / insurance experience.
  • Work with guidance.
  • Enrollment Platform experience.
  • Case Build experience.
  • Some Voluntary Products experience.
  • Possess innate customer service skills including the ability to be empathetic, accurate and responsive.
  • Consistently seek to improve their own knowledge, the customer's knowledge, and product knowledge.
  • Travel Requirements :

    This position may require light travel within a ten-mile radius from one office location to another as needed.
