Responsibilities
- Design and oversee strength and conditioning programs for assigned teams. Individual team assignment will determined based on experience, will also need to assist with various teams as needed.
- Collaborate with sports medicine staff and sport coaches to optimize athlete performance and safety.
- Communicate effectively and create a positive training environment for student-athletes
- Demonstrate professionalism and leadership

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- CPR / AED certified
- Must hold a fitness accredited certification (CSCS, USAW, CPT, etc.) *CSCS prep materials included*
- Relevant work experience
